Diet food plan for weight loss

Diet food plan for weight loss

Be realistic:-

The biggest mistake most people make while planning for fitness is setting goals that are downright unreachable in a short period of time. You shouldn’t plan to lose 20 pounds in 1 week. Not only is it unreasonable, it is detrimental to your health.
Set goals you know you can reach and that won’t land you in a hospital.
Scrap junk

It is time to hunt down all the snacks you keep tucked at arm’s reach all around the house and office. You don’t want to stumble upon any one of them by accident or intentionally and blame yourself for being unable to resist. Eat food rich in protein, good carbs, and good fat.

You have to stick with your decision to the end if you truly hope to see results.

Drink water
You have to drink lots of water every day. Water makes you feel full faster and remain full for long periods when taken strategically before and after meals.
Water also flushes out excess water weight, saving you from bloating.

Get enough sleep and rest.

When you are stressed out, you tend to make bad choices, food choices not excluded. Try not to get food when you’re stressed, wait till you’re relaxed.
Getting a good night’s sleep isn’t just common sense, but also a necessity. You burn calories while you sleep, your body repairs worn tissues and sleeping keeps your hands off food.

Don’t starve yourself

Despite popular belief that starving helps you burn fat, it does the complete opposite. When you starve yourself, your body goes into starvation mode over time and uses up very little calories.
The best option is to eat small portions at intervals; the idea is to cut down, not cut out. Eating slowly is also proven to make you consume less.
Exercise

For that trim and fit body you want, dieting alone won’t do the trick. You need to increase your metabolism. That will make you lose more calories than you gain in a day.
