Garlic for hair growth

Garlic contains essential elements including sulfur, copper, vitamin C, selenium, and minerals that are highly beneficial for hair growth. The copper in garlic promotes hair growth, thickens your hair, and intensifies hair color.

To treat a deficiency of any of the above-mentioned elements you can rely absolutely on wonderful, versatile garlic.

1- Start off with six to eight cloves of garlic. Peel the garlic cloves. Use a garlic press to get 1 tablespoon (14.8 ml) of garlic juice from these cloves.

2- Add some coconut oil to it.

3- Mix one egg yolk into the mixture. Use white liquid part for oily hair and yellow part for normal hair.

4- Next, add one tablespoon of aloe Vera gel and mix together well.

5- Heat the mixture for a few minutes and stir well. Let it cool then apply to your scalp and massage. Wash the mixture out of your hair with baby shampoo or another very gentle shampoo. Rinse it out thoroughly.

6- Repeat 2-3 times a week for best results.
