Ginger has many uses and is one of the best all-around ingredients to help you stop vomiting naturally. Ginger contains many properties which can help an upset stomach. You can use either fresh ginger root or powdered ginger to make a delicious and soothing ginger tea. If you use powdered ginger which is more concentrated, reduce the amount by fourth in comparison to the fresh root. You can also cut a piece of raw ginger and chew on it.

Mint

Cloves
