At the point when exams approach we attempt to put for additional hours of study. Many of us feel sleepy when we are studying and have books and reference materials with us. In such scenario, we have two decisions to make, succumb to rest (sleep) or keep our self-awake.
Everyone's slumbering while you sit and are stuck with your books.
Causes
1. Lack of understanding of the content:
2. being too comfortable while studying
3. Not enough sleep
4. Aimless studying
Tips to avoid sleeping while studying:
Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning to start up your metabolism, and continue drinking several glasses throughout the day
. 2. Position
Strictly avoid lying position as it instructs your brain to do two contrary tasks to sleep as well as to study. Finally, the instruction to sleep will win. Sit in a straight position
3. Avoid reading continuously without break
.After every one hour relax for at least 10 minutes. You can swallow the things you studied during the last session
4. Change your environment.
Studying or working in bed or on a comfy couch is a great way to make you tired. Move to a place you are less likely to fall asleep in. Working in a coffee shop or at a hard desk will make it much more difficult to want to sleep than piles of cozy blankets and pillows will.
5. Follow ‘early to bed early to rise’ funda
If you manage to sleep early at night then you will get enough sleep during night, making you feel energetic, fresh in the morning with the fresh mind you can concentrate on your study
