Nowadays it's very difficult for working women that they will take care of his health. Maximum time they will eat outside or fast food increased her weight because lunch or breakfast and many times for working they take also dinner in her office so it’s very difficult to get time in their busy schedules and they increased their weight but in this article we will give you some important tips to reduces weight loose and 5 Healthy Diet.





Carry a healthy and homemade Breakfast/lunch/Dinner to office:
Prepare a healthy lunch at home and carry it to your office. For this, we suggest that include all the nutrients in your lunch. Include veggies, roti, rice and dal, and a salad to your tiffin box.


 Avoid packed foods: If you get hungry during your work hours and feel like munching on something then do not go for processed and packed foods. Instead, we suggest you carry a fruit or some dry fruits and nuts with you to eat when you feel like munching.



Limit the number of cups of coffee and tea you drink: Offices usually have coffee machines and access to tea as well. We suggest that because of this, working women tend to drink a number of cups of coffee and tea. Try to limit this amount to just one cup per day or even better, none at all.


Eat a balanced diet:
Since women are prone to being anaemic, make sure that your lunch box consists of at least one leafy vegetable almost daily. One portion of raw fresh salad and one portion of calcium rich dairy food (either yoghurt, paneer or buttermilk) as women need more dietary calcium than their male counterparts.

Don't eat junk at work: For in between snacks, it's best to carry fresh or dried fruits as these are very nutrient rich and best to satisfy your hunger during the day as opposed to samosas or vada pav. Note: They have little or no nutrition value, and may just end up as extra fat deposits on your frame. Dates, prunes, cashewnuts, almonds, peanuts and fresh fruits are the suggested snacks. And in summer, especially water-rich ones like oranges, watermelon, muskmelon, sweet lime.



Exercise daily: An hour of exercise all day to make fit and active Exercise will never let you over weight.
